Amazing experience. Stress reliever if I had to come up with a couple of words to describe the experience. The attention from the staff was also amazing. At one time our daughter injured herself (she was very excited and lost balance) and the staff quickly got to the scene, assisted and helped her. We are talking that in less than a minute she was good to go again and start having fun. The installations are amazing as seen by the images and videos shared and you can also appreciate kids, young adults and even old ones enjoying the time here. I never thought that a place like this could exist but as it turns out, it turned easily into one of my favorite places to go and enjoy with the kids and even as a healthy option for exercising and sharing a fun time with others. I would recommend trying the climbing wall, the basketball jumping courts and in general the whole place. You can even do birthday parties here and again, it has a staff ready to help at a moments notice. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. Many thanks to Kaved Rashford and Jason (two valuable key staff members) for their assistance, valuable feedback and quick help for me and my family.

Paid extra for small children supervision, but non evident. Child hurt her ankle.

Expensive and kind of filthy. I won't bring my kids back to this location the staff was rude as well.
