The customer service was terrible. When trying to ask for information about the fish they answered in a sarcastic way and more with the owner who did not let talk and shout when he asked for a report about our fishbowl. We had to interrupt him to ask for some respect and decency for him. It is outrageous as people are treated. If you want my opinion there is an aquarium on the left side of the municipality of Belén, so you know that it is customer service. It is not promotion, but a criticism for a business that does not know how to shut up.
