Poor service, felt like we were not welcomed. Half of the tables in the dinning room were takin by the staff (eating, sleeping or on phones) Payed for a large size and received a medium. Staff told us there was no mistake. Since it's our family last day in Costa Rica I did not feel like arguing. The pizza is overpriced, nearly double the price from the Papa John's in Canada or United States. We ate fast and left. Sucked !!

Asked for half Alfredo/half Chicken BBQ pizza here last week. It took them 1 he 20 min to make it. Worst experience in a PJ restaurant ever. The place was packed and on top of that the manager of this specific restaurant was always on her phone. The only positive thing to say about this specific place was the costumer service of one of the employees. A 50 something year old man.
