just visited Costa Rica and the experience was super intense, I loved the nature that is like being inside a green explosion of live, thanks to ROOTS TRAVEL for helping to make this visit a five star time

Serious, efficient agency with friendly staff who are available and who quickly understand your expectations and respond to them. We really enjoyed our trip to Costa Rica, without fail, and will return with our eyes closed to two, enjoy differently! Provided that the covid does not get the better of this friendly French speaking local agency! Pura Vida!

We left for Costa Rica just before Covid 19 and the border closers. Kudos to the Costa Rica discovery team who assisted us throughout the trip so that we could go to the end of the planned circuit despite the partial confinement, the hotels booked in advance were keen to maintain their services as much as doing what knowing that they were also going to be forced to close. Welcoming country, helpful people. Costa Rica discovered as a true professional, always ready to go out of their way to find a solution to each problem..have even reimbursed on the spot the activities and excursions canceled due to covid19. I really recommend this agency! congratulations again!
