They are scammers, they give you confusing explanations to get tangled up, and then they leave your money. The best thing to get rid of is to say that you don't have credit cards. The company is not reliable and the owner Nelson Madriz, has no word, is an irresponsible person who does not fulfill what he says, and is not interested in being sued, because he says that the process is long, of course your money is left until if you have Luck, they force him to return it, a cheek. Hopefully they will close places like that! And if it's this place ... it's not the talk they say there are other scammers, if there are other scammers, but they are too.

The worst experience Terrible customer service. We were even insulted by them and when we requested that they retract the insult they reiterated it. We requested that our contract be canceled and our calls not answered.
