What a wonderful company to deal with. They did my transfer from San Jose to Jaco. On time , friendly and professional. Left my purse at the hotel in San Jose and they brought it to me the next day. Exceptional service. I'm over the moon with this wonderful company. Muchas Gracias

We travelled from Tamarindo to San Jose Airport hotel. Our driver name was MARIO. He was very rude and didnt care whether passengers understood what he was talking about the trip. He was driving very fast and dangerously, he would not slow for the speed bumps and all the passengers will go for a toss. Even after passengers told him to slow down he would do the same again. We called and complained about this to the company and the company didnt do anything. We had to change the shuttle half way. The driver told it would be only 15 mins halt as the next bus was already there. So the passengers came back within 15-20 mins only to find out that there are no drivers at the bus and we had to wait for another 40 mins for someone to turn up and tell us that they were waiting for Another bus. Overall very bad experience.

We booked a shared shuttle from Tamarindo to Santa Teresa which was advertised as taking about 5 hours. However it took a total of 7.5 hours. 1.5 hours was wasted driving 45 minutes off route to be put on another shuttle bus and then 45 min driving the same way back to the correct route. A whole hour was wasted waiting for the other shuttle as well. To make things worse the 2nd shuttle bus was from another company and it was old, uncomfortable and the airco didn't work well. The driver was looking at his mobile phone every 10 minutes and not paying attention to the road. All in all a very disappointing shuttle service and we regret not having taken a taxi instead which only would have cost an extra 60 dollars and saved us lots of time

I rode with INTERBUS San Jose, Costa Rica to Puerto Viejo with a driver named Eliseo. I was very much impressed; he was so very courteous and polite, and he played the music that I asked him to play. All and all it was a very pleasant 5 hour trip. Thank you!
