This company is FANTASTIC! Lorena helped us to book an amazing trip that was truly flawless, relaxing, and enjoyable. Seriously, the only things we had to worry about were showing up at reception on time to get our ride for the day and about how much weight we were gaining from all of the delicious food! All of the tour companies and transportation companies that My Costa Rica used were extremely reliable, very friendly, and eager to do whatever we wanted to make our trip memorable. I have honestly never had such a stress free vacation! Don't hesitate to do business with My Costa Rica. You won't regret it! A++

We were using My Costa Rica as a tour operator for our family vacation to Costa Rica and we were absolutely impressed. Rebeca did a great job when she was creating an itinerary for our two and a half weeks long trip. After receiving a first proposal, we could make as many changes as we wanted to make, until it was perfect for us. The time between our booking and the trip itself went by so fast, as we always received very useful information about the country from their concierge Lorena via email. When we arrived we were welcomed by their airport concierge Mauren, who explained us everything about our vacation and brought us directly to our driver Abel. This really makes you feel like a VIP. During our trip we had excellent drivers/guides for our private transfers. They stopped for us whenever we asked for it and we learned so much about the country and wildlife from them. Our itinerary took us from the Caribbean Coast (Puerto Viejo & Tortuguero) via the Arenal volcano to the Pacific side of the country (Manuel Antonio & Nosara). We were absolutley happy with the hotels and tours we had and were impressed about how smoothly everything went from the beginning to the end of our trip. We would have loved to stay longer. A big compliment to the whole My Costa Rica Team. Pura Vida!

We contacted My Costa Rica because we weren't quite sure how to go about planning our trip. After our first conversation with them we felt confident that working with a travel agent was the right way to go. My Costa Rica came up with the perfect itinerary based on our input. The trip they helped us plan was just what we needed. The places & excursions they booked for us were top notch, professional & had very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had thanks to the wonderful services of My Costa Rica.

My Costa Rica is a local travel agency, they know the country very well so they know what they are arranging for their clients! I had an awesome vacation, with transportation from one destination to the other, nice hotels and adrenaline-full tours! I would definitely recommend this travel agency to anyone that would like to have an stress-free/ hassle-free vacation to Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

My Costa Rica is an awesome company to work with. I had such a great experience with our first trip in 2017 we returned again in Feb. 2018. Both trips were created to our interests and price without any complications. The only thing we had to do once we arrived in Costa Rica was to have a great time. I would highly recommend using My Costa Rica if you want a stress-free trip. Pura Vida
