Heritage Monument of Architectural Historical Interest. Built in the Administration of Don León Cortés Castro, 1936 to 1940. Located in the town of Caldera, Cantón de Esparza. It stopped working as such in 1989. It is currently very deteriorated, and leasing for small private businesses.
