This was our first night and stop off for our two week roadtrip across the East Coast last year. Anyone travelling to Tortuguero or the Caribbean coast but looking to rest after such a long flight? Here is absolutely perfect. Why anyone wants to stay in San jose is beyond me. Here is fantastic. Excellent host, accommodation with beautiful surroundings. Couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Costa rica! Breakfast was phenomenal and the coffee was sensational! I miss this place and will be back! If you would like my two-week travel plan let me know and I will share. (includes Tortuguero, entire caribbean coast, la fortuna, monteverde) Thanks for your hospitality and apologies for not leaving a review sooner!
