Actually very good, excellent and the Tacos Pastor blew me away. However it's pricier than similar elsewhere. I believe they may be high due to the tourist trade nearby.

This was realny the best meal we had in Costa Rica! Actually now I know why it is called Costa... RICA! Todo fue riquísimo! Very authentic Mexican food, full of flavor! Also it’s worth mentioning the owners! They have a real passion for what they do and they are very welcoming! We will come back tomorrow! And I definitely recommend it to you! BEST FOOD IN COSTA RICA SO FAR!

Delicious food! We had lunch here during our stay at Tirimbina, from which you can reach this by foot or 2 min by car. After reading the reviews here we decided to go and we weren't disappointed. Great tasty food, friendly couple who runs this soda and instantly make you feel welcome. Reasonable prices and the owner speaks perfect English, helpful if you don't speak Spanish (that well). Recommend going here when you're in the neighborhood.

Absolutely great! Enough options, very good quality food, great tastes and friendly staff. Best fish tacos we ever had (and we tried a lot). Too bad we couldn’t get the recipe ;-)

Stayed at Tirimbina Lodge for a couple of nights and Soda El Kora was a much tastier, and cheaper, option than the hotel restaurant. Great range of Mexican dishes, as well as the traditional Casado. Kids loved the enchiladas and hamburguesas. Plus they had a cute dog called Rex. Really friendly owners, too. All in all, would definitely recommend. Wish we were back there now.
