We bought 2 arrangements for a funeral and he charged us an amount that was over the agreed budget (without being consulted) he passed the card and did not direct us to sign, therefore we did not realize at the time of the price wilted flowers, and the arrangements very poorly presented. NOT RECOMMENDED
