You have to try the caldosa (picante). An absolute taste sensation. Normally considered “street food”, caldosa is a local invention of ceviche mixed with chips (picarones which are a local Dorito-style snack)

I have travel Costa Rica and for sure could say that the best ceviche is in Cangrejo Rojo.

The food is not as good as it smells. Some of the producs are purchase at store and not made at restotant and they sale beers but most of time they have very low count.
