coming through a mountain pass soaked in water from the clouds on a motorcycle is a difficult thing to do. your hands shake, you struggle to think and your tires are substantially less grippy. i don't feel like i'm exageratting in saying that if i didn't stop at this place to warm up w/ a 1000crc tortilla de queso it's quite possible i would have crashed. it saved me a lot of trouble, and for an incredibly low price. I loved this place.

Los quesos no son buenos y en cuanto al queso palmito está muy caro , yo lo compro en la Feria del Agricultor, más barato y de mejor calidad.

Very tasty and cheap, the only bad thing is that it gets very crowded and you have to wait for the tortillas.

Good place, it has a good variety of cheeses, they also sell other good quality products, the tortilla and the chorreada are very good.
