The absolute best thing we could have done at Costa Rica. After a ton of travel and plans falling through, we were a bit discouraged, but saw a sign for Monkey Park and thought why not try it out. All my wife wanted out of this trip was to see monkeys, so this seemed promising. Long story short, it was the absolute BEST excursion we could have gone on - not only in Costa Rica, but anywhere. We will never forget the experience Guillermo gave us. We had amazing food, he let us pull Yuca root from the ground, and help him cook it fresh in the kitchen there. He showed us all of the farm’s fruit trees like coffee, chocolate, vanilla, pepper, papaya, banana, and others. Beautiful. Now for the best part, the jungle hike. We were amazed at what we saw - ants, termites, frogs, toucans, and of course, MONKEYS! You will not regret this adventure and we can’t thank Guillermo enough for taking such great care of us.

Absolutely amazing place. If you want a good Costa Rican authentic experience come here. A self guided tour with markers on the trail so you can have full information you travel through the park. Sloths and monkeys, birds such a beautiful gem hidden away. After the tour a small yet filling meal of authentic dishes are prepared for you. They even went so far to show us the crops they where growing and showed us how to harvest and replant things such as yucca absolutely amazing take your family and friends here !!!!!!

One of the most unique experiences I ever had, if you love nature this is the best place to experience it, birds and monkeys everywhere, this is must tour on all La Fortuna.

Excellent attention, very close to the city. Very good place to get out of the routine and to be able to meet trees of more than 100 years
