My family had a very frustrating experience here last evening. We arrived around 6:30, just before a large tour bus. We placed our dinner order around 7. I ordered a ribeye, since this place has a reputation for great steaks. The waiter informed me they had no steaks whatsoever thanks to the large group (which arrived after us). So fine, I ordered the tuna instead. At about 7:50 the waiter came to apologize and let us know our food would be ready in 8-10 minutes. 25 minutes later, at 8:15, there was no food in sight. Meanwhile, the tour group on the floor below us was already on dessert. At that point I informed our waiter that we would be leaving. The poor kid seemed distraught and exasperated. Clearly it was not his decision to make sure these 40 people in the tour group all got their food before we got ours. Too late to try another restaurant with two hungry kids, we ended up dining on microwave popcorn and ice cream in our hotel room. Not exactly the night we were planning on. I understand large groups can disrupt operations. But this was too much. They knew these folks were coming (I asked). The place is plenty large enough to handle a crowd this big, so presumably they should be operationally prepared to do so. This is no way to treat a customer. Please do better.

We had an amazing dinner here with Jason as our server. He was so helpful and made some delicious drinks. As others have said, the mango sauce is not to be missed but every meal our party had was on point as well! A must stop in this area!

The food here is amazing!! I recommend the shrimp tacos. They have this amazing house mango sauce that everyone needs to try!! The service here is extremely awesome! Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

It's a funny story! It was a Saturday night after 10pm and their kitchen has closed. I was too hungry and since I have walked there all the way from my hotel, I have insisted to have something small. Unfortunately the cook was already gone, but the waiter Ramon has offered to prepare a ceviche for me and it was great! Great service from both Jason and Ramon and great food! Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area!
