Didn’t stay at the hotel, but the rooftop bar is a gem! Definitely find this patio when you’re in Fortuna.
Note that they do not have food, they’ll give you a menu from the fast food downstairs if you want some but this is a bar not a restaurant.
Loved the honey moon room.
Amazing location.Right in the heart of the city. everything is pretty accessible.If you get lucky, you can get a room with a view of the mountains. parking is not in the hotel premise and can be an issue.
Convenient location, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and drinks at the roof top bar, friendly staff. Would stay again.
Pros:location in the city, towel service, staff pretty friendly, volcano view from second floor patio
Cons: rooms on the first floor have no windows what so ever, initially booked 5 bed room on Expedia but when we checked in was given a room with 2 beds and staff claimed to not have rooms with more than 2 beds but this was resolved and we were given the correct room, breakfast was limited and omelette was only available for limited time and if we asked for one we were asked to pay extra
Overall a good family run business but service could be better, a good hotel to just rest and go about your day
