My family & I had such a fun time here that we came a second time ! The only restaurant we visited twice in our week stay in La Fortuna. The ambience is that of colour and funky reggae music; a true appreciation for anything Costa Rican & Caribbean. The staff is so friendly and we’re helpful with our two children. Roberto really gave things an extra touch. We even met the chef who greeted us at the table. We all enjoyed so much the steaks and sides. The meat they source is good quality ! And my husband and I especially enjoyed the coconut seafood soup, filled with crab, squid, mussels and clams. Everything was so tasty, which is why we had to go back !

Amazing restaurant, the food was incredible! Roberto was our waiter tonight. He was so helpful, very efficient, and made sure we were taken care of. Because of his professional manner, we found a great new spot in La Fortuna. We will be back and recommend! Highly recommend the seafood!

I went with a large group of 16 people as we were all travelling around Costa Rica together in January 2020. The restaurant was booked in advance by our tour guide and it did not disappoint. After visiting many restaurants across Costa Rica throughout my ten-day stay - this restaurant is good value for money. My seafood Soup starter in particular, was outstanding. The mojito cocktail was good too - my only slight disappointment was the small portion I got for dessert - however I was very impressed by the fancy flower on the plate that was made from some kind of icing or food gel. At first I thought it was the pattern on the plate but it wasn't 😁 considering how busy the restaurant was and the size of our group - the staff did very well to look after us - the orders must have been complicated as each of us had three courses and drinks all on separate bills for each of the 16 individuals and from what I understand there where no discrepancies with any of the bills at the end of the evening. Definitely recommend a visit.

Really good local food at a reasonable price. Don't get fooled by the rustic appearance of the place. This was some of the best food we got in Costa Rica. Everything was reach in taste and well presented. In the cevice you could really appreciate the fish taste ( in many other restaurants we just felt the lime...) The grilled Octopus was a good choice as well as the garlic fish.

I don't even know where to begin. The food comes out looking like art! Everything we had was made with love and so so good. It was the best meal on our whole trip! Fresh with lots of veggies which is a nice break from rice and beans. The eggplant parmesan was one of the best things I've ever ate! We had it as a starter because there were so many things we wanted to try. The only thing I'm sad about is that we leave for home tomorrow and we cant eat there again. Seriously. A must try!
