Terrible service !!! So many employees just looking at the phone. It takes away your desire to buy there !!! .

It is the place with less attention to which I have gone. It is incredible that there is no telephone exchange and that afterwards the employees ask for a product and if there is no order to bring it, they give it an arrival date and then they put one in each story and the product never arrives. Unfortunately it is the only large hardware store in La Fortuna
