Lousy attention only one collaborator long tedious rows and they take their patience for each management to fill out forms for shipments when that was good 30 years ago but in digital times the manager of the very lousy place in Tibas post administration is still being spent With Santa Ana, Carthage, Alajuela, Uruca, which is smaller, and other branches are left behind in everything, I don't know why Tibas emails have such bad taste for the customer

THE PACKAGES ARE STEALED ... It is the third time that the packages that belong to us do not arrive, to two different addresses in the country and from two different countries, when you call they tell you that they are not responsible for packages that are not certified , if someone sends an email from abroad as they will know that those who are not certified will steal them. THIEVES. Someone has to start controlling this, IT IS NOT PORSIBLE TO STEAL SO MUCH.

They do not answer the phone, they do not know how to answer with kindness, there is never anyone in the modstrator and the lines are huge, something as basic as the schedule does not appear. Too bad, they simply don't deserve a salary with that attention !!
