Total despair, last month they did an alignment job to my car and they told me that as a guarantee I would take it back for a review since I had to take it to RTVE in February, when I called they told me that they had no field and that they gave me An appointment for the next day at 9 AM to which I went and the owner informed me that the person who gave me the appointment and was going to attend me was not there and that he could not attend me because he was repairing another car and until it was fixed They called me to put mine in. How at no time did they call me, did I get to the workshop and they had another car instead of mine and they told me to accept the apologies but that I have to return another day. Logically I had to pay elsewhere for the service, that is, TOTAL DESCEPTION ...
