I asked for roses for a special occasion, and unfortunately the flowers were much lower than expected. For such a expensive flower, I hoped that each one would be perfect. They arrived black, with petals fallen and broken. You notice the bad care before selling them. I shared my dissatisfaction with the store boy and his response was "you are in all your rights of these unsatisfied, publish what you want in your rating in Google". It seems to me that this is not the right treatment a business should have. This florist has a much lower rating by customers (and is more expensive than its competitors), it is clear why.
