I spent 1:30 hours outside the gate trying to get in. I submitted my passport online the week before and went through all the Trouble to make sure I Get clearance to enter. This was beyond disgusting. They should hire more intelligent security who can figure out how to get someone checked in when they already have gotten pre-approved. You don't do this to people traveling with limited time to do things in a foreign city. If you don't want visitors, just say so.
