Hello I wanted to tell you that your customer service simply does not exist, it would give less stars but it cannot. I have been waiting for the card for more than a month, the messenger called once and never called again and the chat does not allow me to enter unless I have an account, information that they did not give me when I got the card. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a scam where they do not have any office building everything is virtual, and in the supposed offices in Epa at the time of wanting to cancel the card they do not send any proof by mail as to be able to have something that supports that you no longer have the account with they. Also, even if you are up to date with all the payments, they charge you the entire year of account management and they give you a process to allow you to delete the card. Be careful not to get in.
