Bad treatment of the client, they yell at the clients and also apparently they like gossip because I see that in a response to one of a client's complaints, he did not skimp on telling things about the client that are irrelevant in order to defend himself for their irresponsibility! Lack of professionalism, lack of commitment and lack of ethics! They should take a course on customer care because they remember that customers are the ones who feed them!

Appalling! They assured that they changed the pieces, and when we checked we realized that they did not change them. The worker Vinicio mistreated two of the people who live in the house. By hiring another company, we realized that they did and charged for jobs that were not necessary. We had to start the repairs again. We have everything documented by images and the complaint filed with the consumer defense ... The complaint is filed, let's see if it continues.
