They never answer calls. Country of first world, when establishing fines and their amounts, and third world in citizen care, justice must be prompt and fulfilled in every way. I want to pay a part and I can't because they have up to five business days to upload it that relax, and so they want one to speak well of public institutions and their employees.

Telephone numbers 22381966 and 22384403 are out of service! How do you send an officer to fine a vehicle that is occupying half a sidewalk in front of my house?

I relax hours calling and no one answers the phone that disservice to the user.
