Unfortunately, a bad service experience. Friendly and personal behavior on the phone, but the result is sad. The car was in service for longer than promised, a repair for CZK 3,400 did not help the condition of the car. And like a pearl - see the photo taken - oil replenishment for CZK 299 without prior notice and without any consultation as to what I am pouring into the car. A test drive for CZK 391 is also a delicacy. Never more.

In December 2017 purchased a new Ford Fiesta Titanium. The dealer (Mr. Ambroz) is absolutely helpful, he will advise and recommend suitable items of equipment. He took the time at any time, even though I was buying "just" a small Fiesta. I evaluate the car after two years - it is absolutely hassle-free, reliable and fun, especially in the interior Ford made an incredible move forward. I have undergone regular service so far 3x + 1x warranty repair (lock at the front passenger) and everything is perfectly fine, warranty applied with utterly. I recommend and thank you.
