One employee was customer-focused and a pleasure to deal with. I was expecting the same when I went there a second time. However, it's always the extremely bad experiences that seem to leave a mark. Be careful if you deal with rat-faced toad of an employee at the desk immediately to the left. She is an absolute nightmare. It is an open office space, so be prepared for every single person to be listening in on your conversation and making little remarks from the other side of the room on what should be a conversation between only you and one other Plzeňský servis employee. They have a long way to go before they reach overseas customer service standards.
Not responding to emails last week I sent one email today a second and no response, anything unreal.
