So on June 22, 2020, I called the number 974320800 and the number 974320810 together more than 45 times and I was picked up on the second number once. The robot automatically tells me that the previous client is being handled, ok I understand so I'm waiting. He starts playing super music (maybe given the waiting time, it would be good to pay the rights to a few hits from Michal David;)). After this cool music finishes, the phone will start ringing normally when someone guesses. I call for literally a second, the phone rings normally between 30 seconds and 2 minutes when someone picks me up again. I immediately call back again and the voice again claims that they are dealing with someone. Easy 20 minutes. Eventually something happened that no one expected, and after the 20th call in the last hour, the higher gods gave me mercy and someone on the other side picked up the phone (probably it was just a TV commercial). The nice lady took care of everything and in total it took about 40 seconds. Probably only other people solve something for 20 minutes (or just repeated a part of the surgery).

The gentleman at the reception is rude and arrogant - apparently a racist who thinks there is more. He shouted out the window at people to lock the door and not let anyone in, even though everyone was just waiting. Throw away immediately. The lady at the counter is quite lax. Officials are simply useless, like almost everywhere.
