EA Embassy Prague Hotel

We stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is located in the city center near the most important squares, so the location is really perfect. The room was nice and clean, and also the bathroom was very clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful with the smile on their faces. Which should be a standard, but very often it is not in Prague!s hotels. Also, hotel is pet-friendly so we could stay here with our dog. So thumb up for all this. The only downside in this stay was a breakfast that was very under the expected standards in the hotel in the city like Prague. There is definitely space to improve in this area. But otherwise, it was good and we can suggest this hotel.

Location: very handy and close to old town and centre, yet away from noise & super close to international bus station Room: Super clean & Nice bathroom with underfloor hearing & very comfy beds, need also to mention super quiet. Service: very nice staff and professional , also has great sauna which you can book for extra charge. Food: excellent breakfast options and nice coffee. Would stay again at EA hotels next time i visit Czech Rep. for sure

Very roomy and well kept accommodation. Luxurious styling, very well located. Very clean and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff, even though we arrived due to traffic around midnight by car. I will definitely return when I'm back in Praque.

This is not a four star hotel. I know three-star hotels that are better than this one! The rooms are not really clean, the breakfast is not fresh. We booked a suite, and the furniture in it ,is not maintained, there had no hot water, and no heating. We went through four rooms! The service is bad! They promised us to fix the problems, but nothing changed! We wanted to speak with the hotel manager, and they didn't let us! For compensation they brought us a taxi to the airport which was also late and we could have missed the flight! When we did the check-out, it was found out that we were not the only ones going through the same experience ! Give yourself a favour and don't book to this hotel!

Very nice hotel. Nicely located. Nice (private) wellness at surcharge though.
