ESHOP brnenskalekarna.cz I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! - long delivery time for goods advertising "in stock" or "next day stock" - delivered goods are at the end of expiration!

The ordered and paid tonometer first arrived differently than I ordered (cheaper), based on the email they sent me the right one, but the shipment lacked the ordered power supply (a new one costs 300 CZK), after which the store stopped responding. It has been more than a month since ordering the goods and it is not possible to contact them either by phone or electronically. This will certainly be pleasantly handled by any complaints if they refuse to answer and do not answer the phones. And now imagine that it is a pharmacy, a store that is not able to deliver the ordered goods or sells medicines for the second time. In fact, I can only recommend… think about your health, do not take risks and buy elsewhere.

Very difficult experience, broken telephone line, very slow order processing process, even slower complaint process. Customer center with zero response. I can't imagine further cooperation with this company, let alone my grandparents, who demand their services in vain.
