The phone promises to send a preliminary cost. Nothing was sent even after reapplication. Not interested in customer. They do not communicate. Not one answer. So, yes, now, more than a quarter now, are we still interested? Really funny. They probably think we're just waiting for them, they're the only ones, and other companies do not offer the same service.
