Totally useless. Fixed two dates for them to deliver wood, they did not turn up for either of them, no calls in advance to warn me, no apologies.

Experience with pellets is nice, but that they have an invalid opening time on the web and you have to take 30 km of travel to find out from the notice board behind the window what is supposed to hang on the page with the e-shop ...

Unfortunately, absolutely unreliable unprofessional services, communication arrogant. Response to the order takes a long time, then agree and they are silent, they will not deliver anything. You call them in a few days and they will yell at you that you did not take over the goods that they were with you (on the date you did not agree) and canceled the order. Then you find out that they went out on the basis of an SMS that they had not confirmed and sent it to someone else. Yes, anyone can be mistaken. No apology. So make an appointment again, take half a day off and wait. After an hour and a half what the carrier is to call you where it is and they will tell you that it will not come that it has a malfunctioning car. No apology. They apologized only after the leadership was called. Unfortunately, never again.
