This would-be branded store is one big disaster. I was not there in person only once, but every time a problem. This time, for example, I received an SMS that the device is ready at the branch and the fact: we don't have it here. But we have something completely different if you want. So this store only costs time, money and nerves.
The purchase in the store went well, but what is not right is that I bought a new phone and had to complain about it after one day of use. An SMS with a rejected complaint came to me about a week later, but the biggest problem occurred how to contact the store where I was handling the complaint. I have it over 40km and I really don't have the unnecessary money to just ride and you won't pay me. Do something to call the store directly. Very great dissatisfaction. I have been with tmobile for over 13 years and I am very much considering another operator. Because elsewhere one joins in effort.
