I found good behaviour of staffs . I felt it takes more time for foreigner than the Czech people when foreigner patient wait their turn to see doctor. it is just my feeling but not sure. Hope to demolish such feeling of prejudice upon foreigners !

Chaotic approach - you don't even know which of the doctors you're going to. The doctor prescribed me medicines that do not exist, which I only found out in the pharmacy. So I had no choice but to buy some over-the-counter, even though my difficulties lasted for two weeks and that's why I went to the doctor! I couldn't even get my results, which they most likely lost (the doctor only told me that they were not in the system and that was the end of it). One of the most chaotic and frustrating experiences I have.

I turned to Dr. Halacka for a recommendation. I can say that she has a perfect team of professional nurses and doctors in her office. If a person has a problem, he or she immediately solves it - either on his own or sending it to proven specialists. I can only recommend this surgery to 100%. Thanks to Petr Harnach

Dr. Halačka is clearly the best district doctor in Brno. He solves any problem immediately, often calls the doctors in person and immediately sends you for appropriate examinations. The nurses are professional and very nice. I can only recommend 100%.
