I had my expensive shirt washed here. After I came home, I found out that one button was torn off and it was pinned only with a safety pin and another button was rewound and still wrong. Nobody told me anything about any fault.

I recently had my wedding dress cleaned in the NC Královo Pole plant in Brno. Although I told the girls that the dress was silk, the cloth was completely different after cleaning, it definitely lost its properties. Moreover, the only part that was soiled on the lower edge of the skirt was not even washed. For the cleaning I paid 700CZK, the clothes are not clean and actually can be said to be destroyed, because silk is no longer flying so beautifully and it is hard .. it is no guarantee "I find it at such a price quite inadequate !!
