Experience with this seller is a disaster in a word. A few months ago, I was dealing with the purchase of a Duster, and since I came to this salon as a customer with more knowledge and information than what the staff could offer me, I preferred to order and consult the vehicle elsewhere. The dealer should be fully trained and informed about the cars he sells, know the options of equipment, engines, colors, and not to train each other on the spot and with the dealer what I can actually order there. The only thing I can highlight is Mr. Jiří Pošík, who knows the vehicle well from a technical point of view and has something to offer during the test drive. Today I had exactly the same experience when ordering winter bike sets, when I ordered the mentioned sets at the Dacia shop and entered a reservation for bikes and assembly. Subsequently, I had a phone call with the dealer, where I had to explain that I did not really order the car, but I ordered the wheels for the vehicle, and since this was done through the official Dacia website, the error will probably not be on my side. After a while, the lady would probably bite into how their system works and that there are really ordered wheels, not the need to service the vehicle, but I was not nervous about that and I canceled the order here and immediately ordered from another dealer, where everything works about knowledge better. I'd rather drive a few kilometers away for services, where I won't have to put up with this type of action on the part of the seller, when I slowly feel like a sandblasted part-time worker in a field picking potatoes.

I do not understand how this salon, may be the official dealer of Renault cars. Terrible attitude to the customer. Clutter in orders. It's good that I write this review after a week's break ...
