An hour of waiting in an empty area, and finally a threat from the UK at the reception, which was outside twice smoking during that time, that I can wait for the return of two empty pallets even 3 hours, until it will probably be in the mood. Or to change the long wait for the driver to unload two full trucks, so that accidentally unloading 10 small boxes does not take up the rest of the space in a half-empty warehouse and one of the sitting and smoking storekeepers did not lose about 7 minutes of loitering with paper confirmation. Laziness, if I do not count a high degree of audacity and excitement on the part of the warehouse staff, is at the maximum level and quite striking.

Huge warehouses, clean territory, functional premises, branded buses bring and take away workers, there is also a regular 380, a real Prague ride + 12 crowns surcharge to the driver ...

Employed for 2 months. It all looks very nice ... percent, great approach of the agency at the beginning, etc. But that ends when the first paycheck is due and the management is of course twisting. A fine of 1000 crowns for all employees of the warehouse for the mistake of a few people on the reception, where it was apparently dirty. One struggles and clearly tries to fill those percent quotas to get some nice money, but what I've heard from the regular employees who have been working here for 2 or more years, Sportisimo has not paid the promised 30,000 almost once. There is always something to find, a reason to reduce pay. In addition, it is quite a comedy that a Sportisima employee has a worse financial result and has more responsibilities than a person boarding through an agency. I don't want anyone to end up here. Unfortunately, I had no other choice (fortunately only for 2 months). The only positive for me was leading the shift, led by Mrs. Simča, an amazing manager who really felt that she cared about every employee. I wish her all the best. I experienced perhaps only worse work in the call center. Edit: So that I don't forget to add about the scope of work ... If you don't work in good locations and you get to know it quickly, you don't have a chance to do more than 80%. You will get the most percentage on control and consolidation as far as the e-shop is concerned. But expect that these positions will be full of regular employees who know this and you will have no choice but to go picking or packing, where the percentage is lousy and you have no chance. The workload is not abnormally high, but now I have moved to another job, where I earn more money for a quarter of my hard work. If you want, you can!
