On Tuesday we have with the company OXO agreed on the term dishwasher connection, which should take place for two days. Half an hour after having a plumber to arrive, so called, that this day could not make it. As a reason not arrived by appointment stated that the custom office forgotten that in the longer term have a different order. The plumber was unpleasant and insistence he was willing to speak the next day at a different understandings of the term. If the company itself suggests a deadline that is in days, it should be aware of whether it is really free and if not, it should suggest to the customer some solution, ideally before the agreed deadline.

Nonstop emergency service? Are you serious? Yesterday, when I called the number on the site, I was hoping to help or advise me. I guess I don't know that if there's a hole in the radiator, it must be replaced. This was more or less everything the gentleman told me to have my room washed up when the heating burst. I really do not recommend calling here if you have an acute problem!
