After some experience with this lady, never - COHIBA cigars are moldy in the humidor, after being alerted to this fact, I was warned in a very arrogant and brazen way that it is not mold, and it cannot be, because the humidor is perfectly set up - with the remark that "we still needed so much here." This lady knows absolutely nothing about tobacco products, she is extremely uncomfortable with any question. Previously the best tobacco - now I would never go back thanks to this hen.
