I would like to thank MVDr. Franks and MVDr. Mašková, for their "great and 100% care" after which I had to put a year and a half old cat to sleep after an almost normal operation. Sadly, they have not been able to provide the care they needed. The vet should be interested in the animal and not how much you pay for it. Unfortunately, even in this case, it was just a matter of pulling money and absolutely no effort to take care of the cat. A few days after the operation, the cats operated again ... for no reason at all. Maybe because they were afraid that they had made a mistake somewhere, or because there really was a mistake somewhere, which, of course, no one from such a "specialized" team will admit. Another thing is that almost 10 days after the bowel surgery, they start to tell you that the cat actually died because the bowels did not work, but the reports clearly state that the stool was, several times. I like dear "doctors" that you are so specialized that you can't even evaluate blood tests. For such "professional care", which you literally suffered the cat, I left almost 17 thousand. Therefore, I hope that you will enjoy the money properly, because for your "100% care" you definitely deserve it. Next, I will leave the assessment to the Veterinary Chamber. I regret that I went to this vet at all and I definitely do not recommend it.

Mrs Šmerdová's negative review below is definitely out of place. I was at the vet that day too, and she just covered the scene there. The fact that he cannot read the pages of the vet and does not logically consider that he is ordering automatically, through the covid, is not a problem for the vet, but hers. In addition, the lady was not rejected, but was told that orders had priority and that she had to wait. At any other doctor, they also prefer to order, unless it is an acute case, which the lady certainly was not. Holt some think everyone will jump as someone whistles .. The doctor was very nice and helpful, just like usual :) The fact that the lady needs to enforce her attention is more of a reference for another expert.

Pro pejsky a kočky luxusní klinika. Vždy jsme byli velmi spokojení i se složitějšími zákroky. Paní doktorky jsou velmi profesionální a každá má nějakou specializaci, takže se nestane, že byste přišli s problémem a nenašel by se někdo, kdo mu perfektně rozumí. Oceňujeme také osobní přístup ke zvířatům, ke kterým se chovají velmi hezky.

Refusal to treat the animal because we were not ordered. They do not have this information even on the website, you will find out on the spot after an hour of waiting. MVDr. Frank-arrogant unprofessional. I do not recommend!
