I wanted to please the child and make a gift. I made an order 760078 on the eFloorball.net It is good company. When my cargo was delayed due to the fault of the customs service, the consignor called me and said that he would do everything possible to speed up the process. They called me in Ukraine. I recommend this seller.

*** This is updated review *** I ordered 21.4 and my parcel was lost by DHL. The customer service from Glamot.de wasn't the greatest dealing with the situation. Even after a month sending the parcel, customer service just kept advising to wait for the parcel which was still standing in Czech Republic. (I ordered to Germany.) After writing my negative Google review, I got contacted by NECY s.r.o. This person provided much better service and in the end I received my refund. I would have had much understanding to the situation ( especially due to Corona times..) but I did not like that customer personnel weren't transparent and informative. In the last e-mail from NECY s.r.o., I finally got told that my parcel was lost. This could have been told earlier. So over one month later, I got my money back but hair still looks the same... I ordered some toning colors.. :(
