I have been cooperating with the enamel factory for more than 15 years. Despite such a long cooperation, they approach our company catastrophically and even before Christmas they were not willing to acknowledge even a complaint about the delivered damaged goods, even though it was the first complaint for the entire period of cooperation. Orders in the order of one million crowns are probably not a sufficient reason for decent behavior. Only the threat with the CTIA forced them to acknowledge the complaint. Unfortunately, even after the new year, their approach has not changed and they continue their arrogant approach. So far, we have never received a single order for maturity. They send the goods late, have high transport costs and even charge for packaging. What does this company do nowadays? Of course, payments via the courier do not accept card payments. Easily access as 35 years ago, including access to the customer. I would give without an asterisk if I could.
