Travel agency TRAVEL 2002

I definitely do not recommend choosing this travel card. They changed our names on the pilot and we couldn't leave Zakynthos. They throw the blame and everyone around you just doesn't admit your mistake and you won't get compensation from them either. They extended our departure by 10 hours and instead of leaving for Brno, we flew to Ostrava. Terror!!! The trip with us was arranged by Mrs. Benešová Renata, who is not even able to take the phone to apologize for her mistake. Terrible and unserious behavior. I do not recommend anyone to travel anywhere with this tour, dream of leaving three more people at Zakynthos airport at the airport, who were not on the flight list, and had a departure scheduled that day !!! You really better pay more than choose the ticket !!!

6/28/2018 We were very satisfied with the services of CK Travel 2002, we bought a holiday - Greece - Malia, apartments Sun Set, very nice, nice, clean. At the airport in Greece, we were received by delegate Helena Heřmánková, who informed us about everything we needed. She was very helpful, pleasant, helpful and took care of us. On the day of our departure to the Czech Republic, another delegate, Daniela, who we had been waiting for a long time, was supposed to pick us up at the airport. When she arrived, she shouted at us in a hoarse, raspy voice "whoever goes to Ostrava, come with me" and disappeared into the airport lobby. Those in front followed her, and we disappeared before we picked up our suitcases and bags. She didn't care if we were all. She left two families over the age of 70 and one 50 years at the mercy of airport chaos. We called this delegate Daniel that she had left us there, that we did not know where to go for check-in, and received answers that we were unable and "THAT IT IS NOT OBLIGATORY to accompany us to check in! We fly to the sea every year, but with such an unprofessional, arrogant We haven't met Delegate Daniela yet! And it was enough to say clearly in front of the hall that they will check us in at the counters No. 35 and 36 and not shout at us in front of everyone, that we are incompetent! After her loud verbal speech, the clients standing in front of us they said that they have similar experience with this delegate.We hope that this travel agent Daniela will not further spoil your good name with her arrogant, unprofessional behavior, otherwise very satisfied, although old clients.

Our holiday with this travel agency mediated through CA Renata was one big mistake. The misinformation in the catalog and CA's lack of information about changes about the 2017 season ruined our holiday. Misconceptions are mainly about the operation of the neighboring hotel Admirál and catering. Almost everywhere dirt and poor food and reluctance of staff. Definitely not the destination of Zakynthos at the Planos a Trevel 2002 Hotel!

I had a good experience. We ordered via Invia, but next time probably straight. Everything went as it should, everything looked as it should. The hotel was great (which is also lucky), we booked seats in the leatdle, also cool.
