After reading all the reviews on this travel agency (not exactly positive), we risked it and bought a trip for three days to the Hungarian spa (Bükfürdő, Kehida and Sarvar) with the price included accommodation, food and various trips around interesting places. The trip was perfect in all directions. We can't complain about anything. Accommodation in a beautiful hotel and rooms, food also impeccable and above all a lot. We always waited for a while in Lázně but it is supposed to be among all the tourists at the ticket offices another tour bus :-). But what I have to commend was a great delegate / guide. There was never any problem to agree on anything and always tried to meet everyone. She also told us a lot of useful information and historical points of interest during bus transfers and walking tours. So to sum up. I give 5 stars. Really this travel agency pleasantly surprised :-)

BAKER NEVER MORE! Luxury trip for 3 days. We sat in the bus from 5 am to 12 pm. Waiting for 1 person, a pick-up, the other 3 people did not import at all. The delay was 31 minutes and took place at 5.15 at 5.46h. The rooms were not ready for us at 12 o'clock in the hotel. Instead of going with us for a luxury guide stay, so went with us a bus driver who has never been to the place. Hell started for us, we only had access to the spa, we did not have lockers, about 1 hour we wandered around the spa, because the entrance from the hotel has nothing to do with changing rooms. Nobody advised us and the changing rooms were not properly marked where they are. We had to pay the inputs again to keep things safe !! Neither I nor the other passengers have ever experienced such a fiasco during a luxury stay. Ignorance from travel, absolutely deterrent behavior. On the third day of departure I got the entrance, again without the possibility of lockers for storing things and the entrance was not even functional, about 30 minutes tapes did not work both at the entrance to the spa and at the turnstiles to several people. I warn against such a traveler that has nothing caught. Even on the spot no one told us where the possibility of currency exchange, where to go. Just nothing to tip people and go where you want, we don't care about you! This is Cebus !!
