Holiday Egypt January 2021 Let me comment on Brenna / Invia's customer satisfaction. In December last year, I bought a trip from Invia. Before the holiday, I was assured by the salesman that PCR tests were fully covered by the travel agency. At that time, I responded to an advertisement on a website. On the first day after returning from vacation, we went for tests and then sent the necessary documents for payment. It has been 2 months since we have not been able to get the paid funds back. I am also sending a brief description of how negotiations with Invia are going on for the second month in a row. Week 1 - you have to wait, we have 14 days Week 2 - we process Week 3 - Unfortunately, you must write a solemn declaration that you were on vacation with your partner Week 4 - they will send it to you on Thursday Week 5 - We apologize for Brenna and we (Invia) will pay you for testing. Week 6 - Money still doesn't come Week 7 - you must write an official complaint I lost all trust in Invia / Brenna. I cannot contact the leadership, although I have been promised several times. The pro-customer approach is catastrophic. I don't want to accept the fact that I was cheated by about 3,000 CZK, but I still hope that the company will stand up to it.

I have been to Egypt many times and for the last time now with this travel agency. Compared to the others (Blue Style and Exim), I have to highlight the delegate's above-standard approach and his work on the spot. Informed about everything through whatsapp, approach very professional. And then such little things that you drive a nice clean new minibus, the driver is nice and doesn't immediately withdraw money from you for loading luggage into the trunk, etc .. these are little things that will make the arrival and departure a much better experience as a result. We had to change our destination not because of CK. We were with Brenna for the first time and at this stupid time, but everything was fine.

Brenna and I were on Thassos. I have to appreciate the great approach of the delegate - Mrs. Andrea took care of us as her own and the final trip in off-road cars to the highest peak of Thassos was just great. Hotel Antonios was clean and the staff very nice, overall perfect holiday 😊

I can highly recommend the travel agency. Perfect approach, everything always went smoothly, great satisfaction for me.
