I absolutely do not recommend! On the way to vacation, Tatra entered me with an unsecured load of stones and one of them broke my windshield. I tried to stop the driver, however, during heavy traffic and with two children in the car, I did not want to maneuver much and endanger someone, so I took a picture of the car and stopped to check the damage. I reported the insured event to this insurance company and agreed with the operator that I would go to the nearest branch to a technician who would assess the matter. I planned the trip for the next day, however, the first day I received an e-mail in the evening that the thing was rejected, that the insured CANNOT CONFIRM that the situation really happened (in my opinion, can't he even confirm that it didn't happen?) And I am basically a liar! They did not see a photo of the car, nor did they inspect the car physically! I have never encountered something like this and I am completely disgusted with such behavior. At least I know this insurance company will never again!

The request was processed quickly, the representative went through all the steps of the contract with me. It just bothers that you can't pay cash there anymore.
