even with big queues, noone is working fast there...
We were not allowed into the tourist center due to a marathon. I do not understand how they can afford to close the center during working hours :(
The first thing that upset me was unpleasant staff, respectively. one of the employees. After greeting and asking for the nearest parking space, the mentioned one referred to a map where she only showed in about five seconds "here, here, here and there are parking lots." Nothing more, nothing less. I've already visited a lot of information centers, but nowhere have they been so arrogant.
As far as the environment is concerned, the founder is very lagging behind here. At the entrance you will come across glassed-in cubicles, as in the post office. Just after this you are looking for waiting list and waiting room. Very impersonal and unpleasant. I just give two stars for the fact that overall Zlín inspired me with its architecture.
My experience with this info center is quite positive. TIC is located in the municipal office. Large space, perfectly air-conditioned. The staff welcomed me at the entrance greetings :-) The lady was very nice and helpful. She advised, and there was no problem with anything. Thanks :-)
Three hundred kilometers east of Prague lies Zlín, the commercial and industrial center of southeastern Moravia. An important milestone of Zlín's history was the year 1894, when the shoe company Baťa was founded. Thanks to Bata's reforms, the city soon grew to become a metropolis with nearly ten times the population. Leading domestic and foreign architects impressed the city with a modern functionalist face - the Zlin skyscraper. The oldest church monument is the Church of St. Philip and James from the beginning of the modern age. The Zlín Chateau and Malenovice Castle once inhabited the nobility, and today there is a museum exposition.
