JOSHI Sushi & Bistro - Průhonice

2nd time at this place and even more impressed then the first time. Very tasteful, very well prepared sushi. And as important as the food in my opinion, the staff is very friendly and professional!

I guess I should start with the quality of their sushi. It’s fresh, fresh and fresh and you can taste it. The inside interior is nicely redone though from the outside it still has the 1980’s look as the bistro is in an outdated hotel space. Friendly and helpful staff with a good entrepreneurial vibe. They do take-away as well. So give it a try and don’t forget to take the Miso soup special! P.S. Also so nice green loose teas to go with the sushi
