I was pleasantly surprised to stay at this spa. Staff nice, food great, accommodation in single above standard super, procedures sensational. I warmly recommend. And the fact that here or writes that the staff is unpleasant, to whom I will add only one. There is someone everywhere who just slept badly, we are people and not perfect machines.

Grumpy and reluctant staff. I do not recommend. The premises are clean and pleasant, but the behavior of the staff can poison. They are currently open until eight, but the staff will notify you about 20 minutes before the end to leave the complex and start turning off the lights. I would understand the warning from visitors that it is closing soon, but not the premature expulsion. I think that everyone is able to decide for themselves how much time they need to leave the premises in time before closing time and not delay anyone. Mrs. Netopilíková treated us in this way, and we did not find understanding even with the receptionist Mrs. Varmužová, even though she had already treated us decently.

False and misleading information for customers, completely inappropriate behavior of staff (Ms. Netopilíková). Unfortunately, disrespect and disrespect for the customer is a recurring phenomenon.

I was very disappointed when visiting the day spa. Unpleasant and reluctant service and also bad information on the website (SPA was closed). Admission only for 1 hour without the possibility of purchasing additional hours. There is also no time to change, so from one hour it is about 45 minutes for the pool and whirlpool. The area and interior were clean. I would also appreciate the possibility of using a multisport card.
