It is a huge store with lots of products which is great, also open on Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 7pm. However, even though there's usually at least 10 shop assistants (maybe more) on several occassions we had to wait until someone was available to help us. Another thing that could be improved - the warehouse (for items not available in store) is not open on weekends and on weekdays it closes at 4pm, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, over a month ago, I posted a question on product via their website and never got a reply. Plus points for the little cafe on site, with nice desserts and good coffee.

A lots of items on store is a plus. The knowledge of staff has real volatility - same knows a lot and are willing to share, same really, really little. If you are planning to purchase - otherwise perfect Stokke pram - buy elsewhere not it FanBaby as they provide the service only for two years, anything that happen afterwards as a part of paid service they will sent you to their competition so is much convenient (and fair) to buy from someone who has also after guarantee services for Stokke.

I drove there but failed to find it with Google and Waze, just got into a warehouse area where everything was dark and closed. Could use some signposting

Big and nice shop with everything you can possible need for babies. Not so cheap though
